Tourist oriented directional fingerboard signs

These signs allow for businesses that are currently depicted by a Service Symbol Tab on a Blue Stand-Alone (BSA) sign to provide additional information to the visitor.

Overview

This program is intrinsically linked to the BSA program and applies to tourism businesses. Tourist Oriented Directional (TOD) Fingerboard Signs will typically be located on the secondary roadway (i.e. after the motorist has exited the main highway) within visibility of the end of the exit ramp. They are not installed on the same highway as the BSA.
