New Brunswick’s 2025 nominations will highlight individuals who have who had a positive impact on their communities by helping fellow New Brunswickers develop their literacy skills.
You can self-nominate or nominate an individual in your community or region who:
- resides in New Brunswick;
- consents to their nomination;
- has had a positive impact on their community by helping people develop their literacy skills;
- has inspired others; and
- has demonstrated exceptional commitment to literacy development by giving back to the community
In addition to a monetary prize of $150 and a donation of $150 to a New Brunswick non-profit literacy organization (chosen by the recipient’s nominator or self-nominated nominee), the award recipient will receive a Council of the Federation Literacy Award medallion and certificate.
