The Government of New Brunswick, in collaboration with the Government of Canada, is proud to announce a new $300-million federal−provincial agreement with Build Canada Homes.
This partnership will result in the development of at least 1,200 new housing units to support the improvement of the housing landscape across the province.
This agreement represents a significant step forward in tackling New Brunswick’s unique housing challenges with long-term, meaningful solutions focused on stability and affordability.
Priority will be given to "shovel-ready" projects addressing areas with the greatest housing needs, ensuring swift action to make a tangible difference in the lives of New Brunswickers.
Together, these housing developments will provide safe, secure and affordable living spaces for individuals and families in communities across the province.
