Statement of account

A statement of account provides details of property tax payments for specific years.

Overview

You can request a statement of account to get information on property taxes from past years. There is a fee for information that is more than 5 years old. 

Who can apply

You can apply if:

  • you were the assessed owner of the property during the year(s) you’re requesting statements for, or
  • you have a signed letter of consent (PDF 22 KB) from the assessed owner, giving you permission to release the information.

How much it costs

Fees are based on how old the property tax information is and reflects the cost of historical data recovery.

You can use one application form for multiple accounts, but a fee will apply to statements produced on each account.
