Call 1-833-733-7835 for more information or to apply.

Overview

Housing NB has agreements with private landlords for several subsidized housing units. This program funds the difference between the rent that a household pays, and the unit's market value rent. The unit is subsidized, otherwise, it is a normal landlord-tenant relationship.

Subsidized rental accommodations are provided to those whose income is below the established income ceilings. Tenants who qualify through the program will have their rents reduced to 30% of the adjusted household income.
