Dieppe

The Dieppe City Council passed the resolution to establish an Age-Friendly Initiative in June 2010.

Overview

Dieppe began its age-friendly community journey in 2010 when council recommended the creation of a committee to support the city’s participation in the program. Over the years, the committee has developed action plans, reorganized its structure and renewed its efforts to meet provincial standards. Today, the Dieppe Seniors’ Advisory Committee is actively engaged in ensuring seniors’ needs are represented and addressed through municipal planning.
