Using ECV to Access a Patient's Information in the EHR
Users of Certified EMRs must request access to the EHR before using the ECV integration.
When viewing a patient chart in the EMR, users can access the EHR by clicking on the ECV button. This will launch ECV in a new window with the EHR patient record in context.
Note that ECV is only available for patients with a valid NB Medicare number.
