Overview
The information on this site, or through linked resources, is not a substitute for medical or professional care. It should not replace the advice of a health-care provider.
This collection of information offers links and resources to help those on a grief journey. Grief is a natural response to loss, whether from death or other significant loss and life changes.
The sharing of this valuable information is not an endorsement or a guarantee of accuracy of the content on these sites. Each individual's grief journey is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
Those experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis, please seek immediate help from a licensed professional, a crisis hotline or local emergency services.
Family physicians, nurse practitioners, community faith leaders and funeral home staff can also be sources of support when it comes to dealing with grief.
Please note that not all of these resources are available in both official languages and this is not a comprehensive list.
