The Psychiatry Resource Strategy is a roadmap that provides direction and prioritizes future actions in years to come.

Overview

The Vision for this work is “a responsive and skilled psychiatry workforce meeting population needs in New Brunswick with strong interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and health system support”. The Vision is surrounded by 6 Strategic Pillars that will support accomplishment of the Vision, as shown in the Figure below.
