NOTICE
Effective October 6, 2025, all filings for the Court of King’s Bench Trial Division and the Probate Court in the Judicial District of Fredericton must be submitted at the Burton Courthouse, located at 23 Route 102, Burton, NB.
All Small Claims filings and hearings will continue to take place at the Fredericton Justice Building.
There is no change to the process for submitting Family Division filings.
