Court fees related to the Court of Appeal.

Overview

Solicitors or self-represented litigants who are parties to proceedings will pay the appropriate fees to the Registrar of the Court of Appeal, for filing documents or for services rendered pursuant to Rule 78.02 of the Rules of Court.

Fees

Court Fees - Court of Appeal
a) on filing a Notice of Appeal or any other document commencing a proceeding in the Court of Appeal  50
b) on filing an Appellant's Submission 50 
c) on filing a Respondent's Submission 25
d) on certifying a case on appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada 50
e) on refiling any document when the document has been returned due to incorrect completion  10
f) for certificates, and filing documents in a matter in which no fee has been paid under clause (a) or (d), 10
