The Justice Triage Centre is a program designed by the provincial government to help New Brunswickers navigate the legal system.
This program does not provide legal advice; however, it will help you navigate general legal information and will provide referrals to the appropriate services and resources.
This program provides information regarding:
- the Office of Support Enforcement (OSE)
- the Court of King’s Bench
- the Provincial Court
- the Parent Information Program (PIP)
- the Court-Ordered Evaluations Support Program (C-OESP)
While we offer general legal information and explain available options, we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
