Overview
The Department of Justice and Public Safety is increasing fees related to several acts to better support the cost of delivering services. This marks the first broad adjustment of many of these fees in several years.
Fee adjustments will apply across a range of services, including the NB 911 service fee, liquor licensing, vehicle registration, drivers licensing, and Chase the Ace licensing.
New fees will come into effect on July 1, 2026 expect the NB 911 service fee which will go into effect on August 1, 2026.
