Overview
A Boiler and Pressure Vessel Installation Permit authorizes the holder to install, alter or make additions to boilers, pressure vessels and pressure piping systems.
Eligibility
An installation permit is only issued to qualified persons having registered QA/QC plans.
All boiler and pressure vessels must be inspected before going into service.

Installation permits are issued by the chief boiler inspector upon the submission of the completed application and payment of the $25 fee.
