Apply for a permit to install your elevating device.

Overview

An installation permit authorizes the holder to install elevating devices.

Eligibility

Upon approval and registration of drawings and specifications an installation permit will be issued to New Brunswick licenced elevator contractors. 

All new or altered elevating devices must be inspected before going into service. An elevating device installation permit must be obtained before any work is carried out.
