“One front door” refers to providing the public with a single, consistent entry point to access government services and information, regardless of the department or program delivering them.
Directive
Business units must use the Government of New Brunswick’s Official Web Domain, Corporate Web Platform and Corporate Brand, including the GNB Design System, for all new public-facing websites and web pages.
Business units must review existing websites or web pages for potential migration to the Official Web Domain, Corporate Web Platform, and Corporate Brand, including the GNB Design System, prior to each service agreement renewal or contract expiry.
Purpose
GNB.ca serves as the “One front door” for accessing official government information and services online. This directive supports coordinated governance, improved service experience, and operational efficiency through platform standardization.
