Human Rights Act

PLEASE NOTE: Complaints under the Human Rights Act are not filed directly with the Board; rather, complaints are filed with the New Brunswick Human Rights Commission. If the Commission is unable to effect a settlement and is satisfied that an inquiry into the complaint is warranted, it may refer the matter to the Labour and Employment Board for it to act as a Board of Inquiry. The Board will then hear and determine the matter.
